When you use S+ there are regular beehives and S+ beehives, and with the S+ config settings you can adjust the production rate of the S+ beehives. Sadly Im on xbox. We has no mods. (unless there was a hidden update). HOWEVER if you demolish a beehive the queen bee can't be uploaded immediately (I think the download cooldown gets activated (12hours)) unless this has been changed as well.
