To solve the eclipse issue try running the JLinkDLLUpdater again while Eclipse is closed. Then the DLL should reappear. If you want to try a firmware downgrade: J-Link User Guide -> Background information -> J-Link / J-Trace firmware -> Invalidating the firmware However, at this point I am not convinced yet that it is a problem on the J-Link side.
