Most of the folks selling from barrels are local FFL's who were (and are) smart enough to get in on those buys, and selling it locally at gun shows, and what not. The primers are Fed 209As. The powder is rumored to be some sort of Maxam product. The primers are fine. I wouldn’t touch the powder without solid data.
