Look long enough with a 5X or 10X glass and you'll find breaks in the frost, spots, a hairline, planchet flaws, etc. MS70 coins are usually nicer than MS69's. I look at MS70 coins as 69+. I've yet to see any PCGS or NGC graded MS or PF70 coin that didn't have some sort of flaw on it.
