So if you have a Blessed Coldain Prayer Shawl (FT3), and an Earring of the Solstice (FT1), then the earring isn't doing you and good in the mana regen department. Edit: Oh, and no, if you have TWO FT1 items, you won't get 2 mana per tick, just once.
