WebJun 28, 2024 · until somewhat recently the system was working fine, but now the cameras all seem to be disconnected. their status in the camera management is offline (user password error) I've rebooted the NVR, changed the cameras to plug and play, and back again, all with the same password. WebTo fix the issue connect a PC to the same network as the device with the incorrect error and run the SADP tool to determine the IP address of the device. Either modify the devices IP to match the recorder or modify the Ip on the recorder to match the device.
